Do you have the ambition to work with Test and Release Management in an international organization? The Job: The Test & Release Consultant will be responsible for executing strategies and leveraging industry best practices for testing SAP and related business systems. The coordination of regression testing across several markets in relation to formalized releases will be a key aspect of the role. Duties include: •Administering established quality assurance standards and measures •Provide direction on priorities for regression testing •Educating the business on testing strategies and engagement •Contribute to the development of automation approach and implementing, as appropriate •Driving a performance testing strategy and approach for initial and future deployments •Support permanent and contract staff in creation and execution of test plans and tracking defects and fixes in SAP and related business system applications. •Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to validate processes and methodologies to maximize the benefit of business investments in initiatives. The Profile: •Experience in Release Management, Testing or Quality Assurance - specifically experience testing across an SAP landscape, driving QA strategy and approach in an SAP environment •Functional experience with SAP modules such as CRM, ECC, SCM, EWM and BW/BO •Ability to drive strategic and tactical initiatives while providing conflict resolution when necessary. •Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. •Knowledge of SAP QA Best Practices and methodologies. •Experience working with a global testing partner. •Hands-on experience with testing tools such as HP QC, Load Runner, Work Soft •Direct experience as a lead tester for major application integration and/or major application product release preferably SAP •Experience with measuring quality and reporting on testing status.
