About the department The English Text Management Team (EN-TMT) in Regulatory Affairs (RA) is looking for a Text Coordinator (Associate-Administrative) to join our team of specialists working with marketing authorisations and licensing of Novo Nordisk products as a maternity cover. The job You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, cross-departmental collaboration and the challenges of international communication. Your work day will consist of preparation of labelling material for all Novo Nordisk products for both patients and health authorities, including proofreading of patient inserts. More precisely, we are specialists in preparing high quality labelling texts in cooperation with product groups across RA. The working environment is hectic and very exciting, and no two days are alike. In your daily work, you will be collaborating with many different groups of people as talented, friendly colleagues working in an enjoyable atmosphere. Qualifications You have experience from working in Regulatory Affairs or the pharma industry, as well as an education within a linguistic/technical field or healthcare area (e.g. BA in English, Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician or Nurse). You have a flair for IT systems and strong experience with MS Word, as you will be responsible for maintenance of product information texts. Solid communication skills in verbal and written English are needed at a professional level, along with strong coordination and planning skills. As a person you are outgoing, proactive and have a strong drive. You find it easy to be in contact with many different cultures and people in various positions, and you have a global understanding and good collaborative skills. You are a strong team player, attracted to the pleasure of working in a small and dynamic team continuously optimising standards. You thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. It is a necessity that you like and are capable of handling and switching between the many queries coming from our internal stakeholders. You have a good sense of humour, even when the pressure is on. You are systematic and flexible in your approach, and you have a high quality mindset.
