Position abstractJV_description
The assistant lectureship will consist of carrying out teaching duties.
The external lectureship is a part-time position with qualified teaching duties.
Part-time lecturers independently plan teaching activities, give lectures, prepare and carry out examinations according to the regulations of the faculty.
The specific number of hours and participation in examinations is fixed for each semester. Please view course abstractJV_descriptions of content, syllabus, scheduled instruction, examinations, etc. at our website.
Your qualifications
Applicants must hold a Master's Degree and external lecturers must as well hold additional qualifications, e.g. expertise or practical experience achieved through employment. Teaching qualifications will be assessed.
Wages and employment conditions
In addition to the hours of teaching, the external teachers will be paid for preparation. The hourly rate for assistant lecturers is DKK 243,96 (as of October 1, 2018), and the hourly rate for external lecturers is DKK 265,53 (as of October 1, 2018).
The wages and employment conditions, as per agreement between The Ministry of Finance and AC, the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations are according to circular of January 10, 2019 (only in Danish).
It will be a fixed-term employment for up to three years or an employment with no fixed-term.
Accessibility for Non-Nationals
You can apply for a temporary position in Denmark as long as the official requirements are met. If you are a Nordic citizen, you are free to reside and work in Denmark. If you are an EU/EEA citizen or Swiss, seeking residence in Denmark based on EU rules on freedom of movement, you may be subject to special regulation. Please note that it is your own responsibility to obtain a work permit if you are required to.
