Restaurationsbranchen på Vestsjælland har behov for fleksibel arbejdskraft, som har de basale forudsætninger på plads i forhold til at kunne betjene deres kunder. Slagelse Jobcenter afholder derfor et screeningsmøde for ledige der ønsker at blive arbejdsparate til at træde ind i restaurationsbranchen Screeningsmødet afholdes på Selandia Kokke- og tjenerskole den 6. maj 2014, 14.00 -16.00 Valbyvej 69 C 4200 Slagelse. Efter screeningsmødet vil der være et kursus fordelt på 2 ugers praktik og 2 ugers teori. Dem der som har gennemført kursusforløbet, absoberes af branchen på restauranter beliggende i Vestsjælland. I virksomhedspraktik eller ansættelse med løntilskud med henblik på ordinær beskæftigelse. Behov du skal udfylde i restaurationsbranchen: Service-hvordan kommunikerer jeg med en gæst. Service som tages seriøst. Imødekommende og udavendt. Basisviden om vin. Salg og mer-salg-viden. Hygiejne i forhold til køkkent. Kunne arbejde under tidspres. Få erfaring med arbejdstider som ligger skævt/om aftenen. Mobiltet.
