Som restaurantchef skal du være motiverende overfor den øvrige stab. Vagtplanering, indkøb og driften af dagligdagen i restauranten vil blive dit ansvarsområde. Du skal være indstillet på at store dele af jobbet er ”på gulvet” blandt gæsterne. Og så skal du være med til at skabe en arbejdsplads, hvor vi er tæt med hinanden og betragter os som en stor familie
