Being a TCS trainee, you have the unique opportunity to experience business and diversity in India, Germany and Denmark, while being perfectly prepared for your job at TCS. Starting with a short onboarding in Denmark, the journey continues with further introduction in Germany together with trainees from all over Europe. Together, you will embark on a three-month journey to the land of culinary delights and temples – India!
Basic and project-specific training will help you to easily integrate yourself into the role as well as the IT industry. You will then apply your newly acquired experiences and knowledge in a pre-defined project in Copenhagen and start your career in TCS. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the area that interests you most, for example: Digital Expertise, Software Architecture, and Testing.

Job duties:
How you will impact TCS:
* Within interdisciplinary & intercultural teams, you will advise and support your clients in the design and implementation of digital applications
* Participate in the creation of project implementation concepts as well as interface designs
* Ensure quality assurance through code reviews, test-driven development and re-factorings
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline, with an exam from 2019, or from 2018, where you have gained 1 year of working experience
* Fluent in Danish & English
* Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages, e.g. Java, .NET, C#, Java Script
* High motivation to learn and flexibility to adapt
* Analytical & solution-oriented work style
* Competent and service-oriented appearance towards customers
* High ability to communicate & enjoy working in intercultural and diverse teams
