For Service Wind Power’s training center in Brande we are looking for a training coordinator to handle our external contractor portfolio besides assisting in the daily activities associated with arranging and conducting trainings. The training center in Brande is responsible for delivering technical and safety trainings to our customers, comprising technicians and other Siemens employees as well as external business and contractual partners. What are my responsibilities? Handle the use of external contractors including the monitoring of accounts and forecasts Contractor enquiry and handling Join Customer Service Manager in meetings with potential and existing contractors Benchmark contractor KPIs and follow up on performance Participate in assigned sourcing project with other departments and teams Represent the Training Center at external events Ensure certificate is up to date for contractor Instructors. Ad hoc unforeseen day to day issues What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an administrative background with at least 2 years of experience with operational purchasing in a large internal organization including follow up on supplier performance. You are a strong user of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Power Point. As a person you are thorough, consistent and detail-oriented. You are self-driven and independent and work systematically in a structured manner. You are able to simplify complex messages via the use of good communication skills and you dare to constructively challenge ways of doing things. Furthermore, you thrive in a challenging high-tempo role, where you need to cope with different priorities. You can demonstrate good English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
