Are you experienced in providing, developing and implementing training academies and programmes? Then you may be the new Training Development Project Manager we are looking for. About the department The job is in CMC Process & Training Support, a department in CMC Development responsible for LEAN, Training support, statistical support as well as process governance across CMC Development. In terms of LEAN the department is responsible for building competences through our cLEAN® Academy, setting the cLEAN® focus areas and driving strategic improvement projects across CMC Development. These projects among others currently include implementation of Process Management. Other main responsibilities are statistical support to our development projects and building statistical competences as well as Training structure and support to line management in CMC Development. The newest responsibility in the department is Training. The job Training is on the top of the agenda across Novo Nordisk and as a Training Development Project Manager you will independently provide and drive training and learning processes and projects. This involves owning, designing and implementing effective learning and training activities which are aligned with the business needs. You will be responsible for hosting and revising the central on-boarding programme with regards to both curriculum and training methods. This includes taking ownership of on-boarding as a process and for the initial days. The on-boarding process will be the first training development project in a range of strategic prioritised academies and cross functional training programmes to be revised or developed by the CMC training organisation. Obviously you will ensure that the developed training is effective and with a strong focus on training effectiveness and high quality in training delivery and you will work within the framework of High Impact Learning. If you have experience with eLearning development it will be an advantage. In your role as Training Development Project Manager you will use all the basic project management tools and you can independently drive learning development projects through all project phases from the initial idea about a learning activity to implementation of a full learning solution. Moreover, you may also conduct train-the-trainer activities, host cross functional academies and training programmes and teach learning concepts and methods to relevant stakeholders in the organisation. Qualifications You have an academic background with a master degree in learning science, psychology, organisational development or equivalent. You are experienced with working with developing and executing training/training concepts. Professionally you have 5+ years of experience with project management and your academic background or professional experience enables you to understand learning processes and how to make them work in reality. LEAN experience will be an advantage. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. As a person you are pro-active, structured and solution-oriented, and you are able to stay focused in a complex and fast changing environment. You are a team player and excellent in building strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders. You have the ability to quickly learn new processes and to deliver without compromising on quality. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
