As Training Development Responsible you will join a team of three colleagues working with training, quality signals and reporting across the CMC Development organisation. About the department You will join Quality Assurance Support who is responsible for cross-functional support to our operational QA business units. The department is part of the QA area which consists of a total of 125 employees. Our QA mission is to ensure the compliance of products timely released for clinical trials in accordance with cGMP and to ensure that our development processes are adequately documented, in compliance with requirements in order to obtain smooth and timely market approval. The job Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement a systematic, robust and efficient training set-up and structure across the departments in CMC QA. You will design and ensure support for a cross-functional learning and training strategy as well as the design and implementation of a new learning and training set-up, ensuring proper respect for demands from authorities. Working closely with stakeholders and the management team in CMC QA, you develop learning activities and drive train-the-trainer activities. You are hands-on throughout the process from deciding on learning strategies and principles to designing, developing and training trainers, leaders and employees. To evaluate the effect of the training you design and implement an evaluation system. Qualifications You have a Masters degree in learning science, psychology, organisational development or similar and at least 5 years experience developing and executing training/training concepts, methods and tools. It is an advantage if you have worked with the High Impact Learning Method and Instructional Daesigner tools (eLearning) and Lean. Likewise, experience with developing and executing training in a GMP regulated environment is an advantage. You are fluent in English both written and verbal. You have a proven ability to challenge and influence decision-making processes by communicating seamlessly at all organisational levels and building strong relations with all types of stakeholders. Utilising your innovative mindset, you are able to re-think the entire training set-up and you are keen to take initiative and ensure execution of solutions. Your academic background and/or professional experience enable you to understand learning processes and how to make them work in reality with maximum effect.
