For our Site Training Coordination team within Offshore Project Site Execution, we are looking for a Training Forecaster who will be responsible for forecasting training globally. As a Training Forecaster, you will be playing an important role in securing the forecasting of training in order to meet the safety and technical training demands of the Offshore Projects. What are my responsibilities? As a Training Forecaster, you are required to ensure interface in regards to forecast between training vendors and internal stakeholders. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Development and optimization of forecasting tools and methods • Initiate internal forecast meetings across OF PM PSE hubs, making sure that all relevant stakeholders are included • Follow up on forecast and continuously alignment with training vendors including feedback sessions • Communicate status of forecast to internal stakeholders • Prepare and support Management in training budgeting • Update and optimize Management report in coordination with the Training Coordinators • Cost Controlling on invoices • Participate in internal optimization projects, including securing and maintaining optimal internal processes and procedures • Support to the other members of the Training Coordination Team You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of project execution. You must expect 5-10 travel days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You are able to work structured and organized, but can manage to keep several balls in the air at the same time. • You are a skilled Excel user • You have operational experience with forecasting, preferably within project execution or training management • You have a technical mindset and moreover, you are innovative – but also realistic • You are analytical and able to keep overview of complex projects • You have excellent communication and coordination skills and have the ability to impact and motivate others • You are fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
