About the department

CMC API Pilots is a CVP area with approximately 300 dedicated employees anchored in the Research & Development organization that manufactures and controls new drug substance candidates for the development portfolio at Novo Nordisk. Here you will be part of the Microbial Cell Bank team where the CMC API Training Organisation is embedded. The department is located in Bagsværd, Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

The job

You will work in close collaboration with training professionals in the central CMC Business Support department and you will be responsible for developing and implementing CMC Development training concepts in the API Development area. You have a crucial role to play in securing fast and efficient ramp up of competencies in a dynamic and complex organization, in order to address current and future business challenges.

In particular, you act as project manager for cross-functional training projects working closely together with managers in line of business. Moreover, you are expected to optimize and simplify training standards and systems across departments within API Pilots thereby ensuring alignment in work processes.  

The position provides a great opportunity to plan, execute and drive projects independently and in cooperation with key stakeholders in line of business. 

This position is a maternity cover for a period of 16 months.

 

Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree within HR, psychology, communication or relevant
• You have a knowledge and experience with training and people development
• You are comfortable in developing strategic training initiatives requiring conceptual skills as well as when implementing operational solutions
• You have the ability to build strategic and trusting relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders
• You have a proactive mindset
• You are goal oriented and take pride in delivering your task at the right time, in the right quality
• You dare challenge and seek opportunities (and are invigorated by future technologies and possible automation)
