About the Department The Quality Change Management and Training team delivers change management and training to support Quality Projects and Processes. In Quality Development we are 26 staff -process experts, project managers and training consultants - all working to develop and improve our Quality Management System (QMS) and make it more robust and simple for users. It is key to our QMS that all employees are sufficiently trained to fulfil their job and work according to requirements that safeguard patient safety and product quality. The position of process expert for the Job Specific Training Process has recently moved to Quality Development. The Job As process expert you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Job Specific Training Process. This corporate process ensures the company has a harmonized and standardised approach to identify, provide, evaluate and document relevant training so each employee can comply with the requirements related to their job. It will be your responsibility to provide expertise and knowledge on the process, drive the description of the process and ensure that current regulatory requirements are interpreted into our procedures. For the next year our focus is to clarify roles and responsibilities for training, to ensure we can meet external requirements and to enable the measurement of training effectiveness in business critical (GxP) processes. You will be responsible for development of strategy and plans for the process, for improving process maturity and assessing process performance, challenges and risks. You will drive implementation through different management groups in collaboration with local experts in Novo Nordisk. In addition you will have the opportunity to contribute to key IT system improvement projects in training distribution and training documentation systems. Improving the training process is a high priority for senior management. Your process is important and it affects all people in Novo Nordisk. You will work in close partnership with colleagues particularly in Quality, Product Supply and Corporate People and Organisation and with many stakeholders across Novo Nordisk globally. You will facilitate and participate in workshops and arrange user group meetings related to the process. You will continuously assess and evaluate how the process can support and facilitate other processes in Novo Nordisk. You will ensure inspection readiness for the process and when needed present the process for external authorities during inspections. Qualifications Our new colleague will have an academic background such as a Masters degree in a Training related area, extensive experience of working with Training at corporate level in a GMP/GXP regulated environment and a track record of working with Training in a fast growing global organisation. You are proactive, structured and systematic. Your colleagues see you as highly motivated, flexible and friendly, but also persistent and able to get things done. You are independent but also a good team player. You have the capacity to look ahead and think strategically as well as the skills to drive necessary consensus agreement and you use your excellent problem solving skills to achieve strong pragmatic solutions. Your oral and written communication abilities in English are excellent and you will be confident presenting your process in an inspiring way in a variety of different settings.
