For our Competence Management team we are looking for a coordinator who can join the existing team and further develop the structure and administrative tools for our training packages and all its activities. We are facing a demanding period with many activities, travels and therefore many different registrations must be made. Competence Management is handling mapping and sourcing of Blue and White Collar resources within Blades globally. Some travelling can be required but will be planned in advance. What are my responsibilities? · Participate in the planning of training and make and overview of travel activities · Participate in detailing the travel facilities · Plan and maintain resource activities for the entire training staff · Secure and verify all registrations of the travelling staff · Develop and motivate the staff to be self-going in needed administrative tools · Learn and fulfil our Competence Management procedure and thereby plan trainings and document the progress · Fulfil our ISO requirements and be able to be responsible for internal and external audits What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are a brilliant networker and and used to work in s structured and diplomatic manner · It will be seen an advantage if you have experience from a HR-position · You are a super user in Microsoft Office tools · You have knowledge of SAP · You are able to understand Blade processes and our products in general · You have a high drive and a proactive mindset In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
