Tasks & responsibilities: You will… 

…be the coordinator for activities in Manufacturing Training, and you will ensure that the training activities are coordinated, aligned and executed at a cross-functional level and ensure that the training adheres to applicable standards and contracts. As the Training Specialist, you will head the Manufacturing Training Review Board and develop and drive Manufacturing’s training strategy.    

You will also be responsible for:  

• Align training portfolio with legislation and standards 
• Ensure that the applicable resources are available to support the forecasted training demand 
• Liaise with external training vendors 
• Create, update and review training systems and processes 
• Create procedures and instructions for activities in the department 
• Communicate training-related information to internal and external stakeholders 
• Ensure that critical training activities are subjected to effect measurement 
• Report training performance data 
• Conduct internal reviews of training processes/setups 
• Take part in audits 
• Sit in the Training Responsible Committee 
• Support the budget process regarding training 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague… 

…has at least three years of management experience and excellent communication and presentation skills. You have experience with training facilitation, coordination, alignment and execution. As a person, you are structured and able to motivate, guide and encourage your colleagues.   

We expect that you:  

• Hold a management degree or have similar relevant experience from a manufacturing environment 
• Are innovative and independent 
• Have experience with ISO and/or BSH standards 
• Are proficient in English
