We are looking for a Transport Validation Partner in Shipping & Customer Service in the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) CVP area. Reporting to the Shipping Support Manager, you can look forward to a diverse role where you will be key player in defining the future model for transport validation principles within the Supply Chain Planning unit. About the department Shipping & Customer Service in Novo Nordisk is working in an international and customer focused organisation to secure fast and reliable global import/export in compliance with relevant requirements for Novo Nordisk and our customers. Our most important objective is to secure delivery of Novo Nordisk products – in the right quality and at competitive prices – to our affiliates and direct customers around the world. The job As Transport Validation Partner, you will be responsible for implementing a compliant transport validation solution in a complex and high-regulated environment. You will drive our global transport validation activities and will be doing this together with our internal validation experts as well as key stakeholders from Manufacturing Development, Supply Chain Planning, Quality and Regulatory. Your responsibilities will be to 1) define the transport validation strategy and setup of a validation plan, 2) perform risk assessment for transport operations, 3) assist in the transport operations lead globally including validation of processes and related data and 4) write and review protocols and SOPs. You will independently analyze and interpret validation data provided by stakeholders and will make tactical decisions based on data. You will develop transport validation submission strategies with Regulatory and Affiliates to meet submission deadlines in regard to new product launches. You will be driving continuous improvement of our distribution of Novo Nordisk products according to regulatory, logistics, and customer requirements. You will in addition work very closely with our Distribution and Cold Chain Specialist and act as a back-up as well as participating in the focus group on Storage & Distribution which he is chairing. Qualifications To master the job as Transport Validation Partner you have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with focus on the details. You hold as a minimum a Bachelors’ Degree, with excellent results. The ability to operate independently and interact with other functions is a must in order to succeed in the position. Preferably you have a strong understanding of GxPs and personal quality mind-set and have a demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem solving skills to address, correct, and prevent issues to make best decisions.
