We offer you a challenging position as Treasury Manager in Group Treasury Front Office. Group Treasury & Risk Management is globally responsible for funding and managing liquidity & cash, financial risk, insurance and working capital throughout the Carlsberg Group. We are a team of 13 highly specialised professionals (11 in Copenhagen, 1 in Switzerland and 1 in Hong Kong) and we work together with all parts of the Group as well as major banks around the globe. Our Front Office team consists of 5 highly capable and motivated individuals. The Front Office team has the responsibility for financing, working capital, financial risk, cash management & liquidity and for providing related services to subsidiaries. As the Treasury Manager, you will report to the Senior Treasury Director, Front Office and you will work closely together with other Treasury colleagues in making sure that Group Treasury & Risk Management always and timely delivers and meets the highest standards. The position offers rich possibilities for personal as well as professional development. Preferred candidate: •You are currently working in a corporate treasury department in a large company in Europe or in a bank with at least three years of relevant experience. •You have solid analytical skills and are logical thinking – finding practical solutions to complex tasks. •You have strong execution skills – you prioritise and get the tasks done •You are passionate about Treasury and have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. •You are proactive and have personal drive – ambitious and enthusiastic •You have excellent interpersonal skills – a networker and team player. •You have project management skills with ability to drive the process •You have a solid foundation within financial risk management, financing and cash management. •Experience with Treasury IT and bank interfaces. •You hold a Bachelor (HD) or Master in Finance or Economics •Fluent in English both oral and written.
