Uddannelseskoordinator til Center for Velfærd & Omsorg (CVO)

CVO ønsker at videreudvikle et godt læringsmiljø på de kliniske uddannelsesområder. Dit fokus vil være koordination, formidling og samarbejde med uddannelsesinstitutioner og Lejre Kommunes ledere og mellemledere på plejecentre og Frit-Valg. Vi søger en engageret og udviklingsminded uddannelseskoordinator, der kan profilere Lejre Kommune som uddannelsessted. Vi tilbyder dig en arbejdsplads hvor der er fokus på koordination og samarbejde med mange aktører i studie og uddannelsesforløb. (kliniske praktiksteder, gruppeledere, skoler og uddannelsessteder) Du vil have fast kontorplads på Bøgebakkens plejecenter, Vi lægger vægt på, at du: • Er sygeplejerske og har en klinisk vejleder, diplomuddannelse eller anden pædagogisk efter/videreuddannelse. • Har erfaring med koordinering af klinisk praksis for studerende og elever. • trives med konstante udfordringer og mange bolde i luften • har lyst til at tegne en ny profil af opgaveløsningen som koordinator Vi forventer at holde første samtale den 20. januar, anden samtale den 23. januar 2014 Mellem første og anden samtale vil du få en opgave, som skal præsenteres for ansættelsesudvalget.
