Do you want to join?

For our User Engagement Team we are looking for two User Engagement Professionals to cover two maternity covers. This job role is placed in Siemens Gamesa Global Information Technology division as part of the Global User Engagement Experience Center.

What are my responsibilities?

As a User Engagement Professional, you will be creating and supporting information and change management campaigns and plans that maximize employees' adoption, utilization and proficiency with the technology advancements taking place within Siemens Gamesa across the globe. You will be responsible in engaging with the employees through effective communications, exchange and change strategies to empower them to adopt and enhance their user experience and satisfaction. In your role, you will be exposed to international teams and top executives in the company.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

With a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology / Information Management combined with Business, you will be eager to build your career with one of the world's foremost renewable companies. Successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record of being a self-starter and achieving their goals in the face of challenges, with a desire to enhance and improve the organisation that you work for, and a passion for understanding how change initiatives can utilize bi-directional information exchange channels to target users and enhance their technology adoption, utilization and proficiency.

Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Strong end user focus orientation
• Demonstrates a consultative and flexible style with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong time planning and organizing skills and an ability to work under pressure
