Come and join our exciting Wind Dialogue team Wind DialogueTM is Siemens Wind Power’s digital customer e-business platform. The Wind Dialogue team is part of the Global Marketing group and things are moving fast. Therefore we are in need of a UX and IA Specialist who will be responsible for: · Design of effective and engaging user experiences (UX) and the information architecture (IA) · Management for the customer portal Wind Dialogue. As the ideal candidate you thrive in a complex work environment that requires strong problem solving and collaboration skills and further you have these skillsets: · You know how to utilize data to support direction · Keen on prototyping · Thorough understanding of industry standards for user-centered design methodologies and with a thorough insight into the IA and management discipline. What are my responsibilities? · Create an UX strategy that deliver the best possible consistent UX on Wind Dialogue · Working closely with customers, business stakeholders, internal IT and external development teams to translate new requirements into specifications and meaningful experiences on Wind Dialogue · Improve and maintain the IA for Wind Dialogue so it reflect the users’ needs · Create wireframes, site maps, use cases, business process flows and navigational flows · Create system usability guidelines, design guidelines, and GUI prototypes · Leading and participating in user research, concept testing and usability testing · Measurement of UX and collection of insights and analytics to improve the experience, performance and maintainability of the solution · Content lifecycle management and archiving policy · Identify and develop solutions to address data integrity and data quality issues, including performing source data analysis and data profiling to assess initial data quality · Develop and maintain a security and access management solution that reflects the IA and are based on user profiles and personas What do I need to qualify for this job? · 5+ years of experience in developing digital applications as an UX Designer, Information Architect or as an experienced professional with relevant UX and IA skills · Degree in a related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, human factor, computer science or digital Design · Demonstrated experience using web analytics data and user research to drive development · Proficient in relevant tools for creating and specifying GUI screen and interfaces, prototyping and wire-framing programs · A team player who can drive collaboration with business stakeholders, customers, internal IT and external development partners · Detailed knowledge of portal concepts and CMS systems (preferably Umbraco) · Fluent in English, both verbal and written In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
