Carlsberg Business Solutions is right now seeking a Vendor Management Consultant to join the IT Vendor Management department. Position in brief: You will join Carlsberg Business Solution where you will bring your visual presentation skills, ability to meet deadlines and your ability to communicate with all layers of an IT organization to enable the IT Vendor Management team to handle a significant increase in scope. The Vendor Management Consultant will be responsible for a range of back office tasks following defined processes to create Service Board Presentations, Vendor Evaluations, Vendor Performance Reports and keeping our vendor management intranet site up to date. You will be joining a high performing team with an aggressive agenda, and you are expected to be adaptable to change and add to the team’s performance with your constructive and positive attitude. The geographical scope of the role is Europe. However the Vendor Management Consultant will be working in Copenhagen. Responsibilities: • Arrange and consolidate input from stakeholders and create Service Board presentations and follow-up • SPOC for questions and training related to the Vendor Management Framework • Orchestrate processes for vendor performance evaluations, produce management reports and Vendor scorecards • Manage & maintain Vendor transparency overview – Vendor information site containing all relevant information around vendors like KPI’s, SLA’s, scorecard, contract, handover information, who to contact etc. Candidate profile: • Structured and dependable • Strong visual presentation skills • Experience MS Excel and PowerPoint user • Able to build relationships at all levels • Able to handle many tasks at the same time • Process driven Language: You are fluent in English and able to express yourself accurately and with conviction both in writing and verbally. We expect you to have an outward personality with good communication skills Expected travel days: 10 days per year What can we offer?
