- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg A permanent full-time position as PA to the Vice President (VP) is now vacant in Clinical Systems Management (CSM). CSM is part of Clinical Operations in Global Development, R&D and situated in Søborg. About the Department The Clinical Systems Management department provides functional support for numerous IT systems. Functional support is the link between the IT and the business processes supported by IT. For the systems we support, we provide or ensure training of end-users. We are responsible for user manuals and that the Clinical Systems Toolbox is updated and available. We support trial teams and end users with issues in relation to the systems and/or vendors providing the systems. We strive to find the vest fit between IT and business processes. We are an international team of approx. 45 employees and are currently looking for a new colleague. The Job Your role as VP Assistant, reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Systems Management includes a broad spectrum of tasks. You will act as personal assistant to the VP, prepare and control area budget, arrange and prepare meetings and offsite events, act as area quality responsible and execute general office management – also work together with the Department Assistant of the area. As VP Assistant you will participate in the Clinical Systems Management group supporting with managerial tasks and budget follow-up.As VP Assistant in Clinical Systems Management Department, we offer you an exciting job in an global environment where challenges are a natural part of our daily work. You will be part of a broader forum of VP assistants ensuring knowledge sharing and support in your daily tasks and also the possibility to take part in cross unit work assignments. Qualifications The ideal VP Assistant in Clinical Systems Management has a service-minded personality and a “can-do” attitude. You have a flair for numbers and have experience with planning and controlling of budgets. You have excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to collaborate, and you adapt easily to a changing environment and shifting demands, and you are eager to contribute to the continuous development of the department. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility and is capable of maintaining an overview when under pressure. You have a high level of flexibility, independence and initiative as well as a quality mindset. You are fluent in English and have excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel and preferable knowledge of SAP.
