Description of tasks:

 

  • Contact person to our suppliers and internal channels in all administrative matters related to purchasing
  • Check and ensure that our deliveries are confirmed by the supplier and that the goods are delivered on time to our warehouse
  • Communicate and solve delivery delays, invoice discrepancies
  • Keep track of documentations such as product data sheet, supplier data sheets, pricing sheets, product certificates, and support operation with quality assurance and sourcing new products
  • Complaints Handling. Follow-up to supplier and internal companies.
  • Support respective buyers when filing agreements, price and product data
  • Take care and responsibility for sample dispatch and receipt, communicate with the assigned courier
  • Establish and follow up late deliveries with suppliers on monthly basis
  • Other tasks related to purchases that support the operations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A structured person, with experience and background from logistics or order follow up
  • Fluent in English and the Nordic languages (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge and experience about the Nordic FMCG market and/or Biltema
  • Knowledge of Axapta/other procurement tools and Office programs is an big advantage

 

Good communication & analytical skills, a global mind set and a desire to grow with the team will be emphasized. It is also important for us that our new purchaser can take responsibility and have the ability to work
