Main activities as a Web Analyst are to provide analytics insights for online optimization and help define performance indicators that drive fact based decision making for business units. The position we offer As a Web Analyst in Nordea, you will be a part of the Web Analytics unit, which is supporting all the online channels. It is a fast paced, versatile role where it is crucial that you are able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time. Throughout the organisation there is an increasing focus on online channels being measured and optimized, therefore the ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver, who is able to think outside the box. At the end of the day, the goal is to drive actionable insight to your customers, regardless of whether it is through communication of insight, creation of dashboards, or verbal advice. As a person you are able to communicate clearly and present your ideas and insight in an organized and coherent manner, and be willing to stand up and challenge the internal business units when providing advice on measurement strategies or how to improve online performance. You are able to do this because you understand and respect the importance of data quality, and your knowledge goes as far as to understand what is happening behind the scenes in terms of data collection, processing and utilization. Tasks include, but are not limited to application/site insight deliveries, testing and optimization, tagging, report building, maintenance, providing education to stakeholders, support, and more. The qualifications you need You have previous experience from an agency and/or a business, where it has been considered a daily task to communicate insight on all levels of an organisation. Past experience has granted you superior knowledge of one or more web analytics platforms such as Webtrends, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar. Experience in online optimization platforms such as Optimizely, Maxymiser, VWO, Optimize or Test & Target is considered a strong plus. It is important that you have a solid understanding of HTML, and are familiar with JavaScript, as you will have direct dialogue with developers, when working on our online data foundation. You are fluent in English verbal and written, and it is a plus if you speak one or more Nordic languages. You are comfortable in all aspects of MS Office, and you consider yourself an experienced user in Excel.
