Do you have solid experience from setting up and maintaining websites on a Sitecore or a similar CMS platform? You will be situated in the Danish part of our HQ in Smoerum - just outside Copenhagen. Excellence in management and maintenance of web solutions In your new job, you can look forward to becoming part of a dedicated 5-person online team responsible for developing, implementing and rolling out digital channels in cooperation with an array of business stakeholders. The team operates the Oticon Medical web platform and the social media channels. Your main responsibility will be to manage, maintain and improve the performance of our web solutions. We expect you to provide best practice recommendations on solution (and system) development across all your areas of responsibility. You will work very closely with a content focused Web Channel Manager on one side, and a technical solution focused IT department on the other side - and it is you responsibility to bridge the two parts. Your working days will be truly diverse. But overall you will be working within the following three areas. 1. Web content management (WCMS): Contribute to the specification of new master solutions Setup new master solutions in Sitecore Upload master content Manage and execute on roll-out tasks and projects Documentation of change on product labeling content pages User account administration System troubleshooting System development Web performance management 2. Digital asset management (DAMS): Upload master assets to DAMS (PDF’s, images, icons, photos, animations) Document change on product labeling assets (follow official procedures) User account administration (create/disable accounts, assign/revoke roles, perform audits) System troubleshooting (dispatch to internal IT if not super user issue) System development: analyze, specify, coordinate, implement 3. Graphical development and handling: Cropping and optimizing images for use on web Recreate images for use on web media from offline materials Experience In order for you to be able to perform well in this position, we expect you to have relevant experience from a similar position at an agency or a larger international organization. As a person, you are structured and systematic and never lose track of the project or the involved stakeholders – even when there is a tough time pressure and you are balancing a great variety of projects simultaneously. You have an inner drive and great communication skills and personal power making you a trustworthy and appreciated partner for your internal stakeholders within the organization. In relation to hard skills, you are an experienced WCMS user (preferable Sitecore) as well as an experienced DAMS user (preferable DigiZuite) Finally, yet importantly, your future colleagues cannot wait to benefit from your professional mind-set, humor, and never fading optimism.
