Responsibilities: •Work with Mobile Operators to define the 3-5 Year Radio Network Plan in line with business, Networks, Technology and Operator Goals. Determine Radio Network Coverage/Capacity requirements based upon the Traffic Forecast and radio CAPEX. •Post-sale support Key project deployment including RAN product dimension/configuration and Purchase order processing etc. •Enhance Telecom Key customer relationships and build-up information source from customers. Able to collect and analyze all marketing relevant information supporting pre-sale decisions. •Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address any new/installed base business opportunities according to overall strategy. Qualifications: •Broad Technical understanding of Radio technologies including GSM, UMTS, LTE and relevant architectures. •Strong Radio network planning background and experienced in creating short term and long term network strategy and plans. Understanding of investment planning within budget. •Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to agree plans across operator marketing and strategy decision-makers. •Ability to perform under pressure in a highly dynamic organization and being self-motivated, adaptive and flexible to changes. •Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language is a plus. •Bachelor or higher degree.
