Overview, stakeholder management and communication LEGO ID is the access point to an ecosystem of digital experiences. As Product Owner, you serve as its key ambassador by driving and further developing this identity platform in the intersection of business and software development. In doing so, you will: Set the product direction together with the business owner and make informed strategic decisions that combine needs with requirements and frontrunner visions Stay up to date on trends and tendencies Collaborate with the business to analyse requirements, align these with the platform and mature business needs and requirements for the LEGO ID Platform Manage stakeholders and collaborate with external business partners Project manage a SCRUM team by securing an up-to-date and prioritised back-log Supporting spectacular collaboration In creating the LEGO ID you will, along with team, play a key role in establishing the access point to an ecosystem that ties together digital experiences which integrates with many other digital LEGO Touch points. This exposes you to many different parts of our fun and collaborative company, where the digital muscle is strong and a state-of-the-art LEGO ID is a prioritised, central product in our digital future. By employing both your creative and logical thinking to this large scale technical production, you support the creation of a platform for strong, direct relationships with LEGO Builders around the world. You will thus help children think creatively, reason systematically and realise their potential. Visionary Project Owner with solid people skills The challenge is to navigate in a very broad stakeholder gallery and align sometimes diverging agendas and business priorities. To facilitate this, you: Have 5+ years of experience in managing a digital or mobile product, ideally within a field touching on identity management Are strong in agile processes, ideally combined with a certification, and probably a Master level degree Know and are inspired by the cloud world without understanding all the details and technicalities of it which allows you to prioritise between need and nice to have Are a great collaborator and communicator who easily can define what the business cannot as well as what you would like the team to execute Speak and write English effortlessly Develop your career in the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group we succeed together.
