Join our Global Pricing team

Working as an Associate Pricing Manager in the Global Pricing team, you will have an end-to-end focus, and help drive pricing all the way from product development to final market pricing. Along the process, you will be ensuring a holistic, analytical view of pricing that takes financial, commercial and shopper insights into consideration. You will be part of a team that ensures industry leading pricing capabilities across the LEGO Group. Your responsibilities will be to:

- Work with brand organizations in designated markets, where you drive the pricing process from target setting to final launch price.

- Collaborate with product development teams, to set the right pricing strategy and structure.

- Proactively support the Global Pricing team in delivering requested reports and analysis.

- Identify, drive and deliver insights by making your own analysis or by collaborating with key stakeholders.

- Identify and implement relevant analysis to strengthen the overall fact and data based pricing decisions for the LEGO Group.

The Global Pricing team is part of the Strategic Finance & Pricing department where several colleagues cover a variety of strategic functions and operational key tasks.

Analytically and commercially minded

The position requires you to have a combination of a strong analytical mindset and solid commercial understanding. You need to be able to gather insights and transform these to concrete actions, but always with a broad commercial perspective. You possess the drive needed to work towards a goal and create the desired results. Further, with your holistic approach, you can identify, analyze and balance customer needs with the needs of the LEGO Group. Your qualifications:

- You have 0-3 years' business experience, perhaps from a role as brand manager, commercial business controller or a similar position with global responsibility and involvement in market pricing.

- Your experience or studies have given you basic pricing or brand knowledge along with good consumer, shopper and market understanding.

- You are educated within a related field such as Marketing, Economics or similar.

- You have excellent communication skills, meaning you communicate in a clear and understandable language. You speak and write English fluently.
