We are looking for Citrix NetScaler technicians/specialists to ensure the maintenance and development of our existing complex load balancer infrastructure and to assist in new projects. This is an opportunity for you to get a key role in our NetScaler Integration Team and to cooperate with Network Operations / Security operations to ensure a continuous further development, operation and documentation of our infrastructure.

Your future responsibilities
You'll join Integration services unit,where we operate, maintain and manage all Nordea Citrix Netscalers (physical and virtual). As a Citrix Netscaler technician/specialist, you need to be able to transform new projects and ideas into solid new NetScaler solutions and at the same time taking part of the operational Maintenance of our SDX/VPX's.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creation and maintenance of Netscaler instances
- Capacity planning and monitoring of the Netscaler platform
- Handle incidents, changes and certificates on the Netscaler
- Implement applications on the Netscaler
- Advices applications and Business units in the use of Citrix Netscaler Loadbalancer
- Take a part of on-call duties 24/7, every 5-7 weeks
The global Integration Services team is currently spread in Finland, Denmark as well as Poland, and now we are looking for new professionals to join either Copenhagen, Helsinki, Sweden, Oslo or Gdynia offices.

Your profile and background:
- You are experienced within Citrix NetScaler operations and management, preferably from a large and international company
- You understand that operational stability is the highest priority and you have a willingness to give an extra hand in cooperation with operations of our systems
- Furthermore, you have capabilities in supporting the specifications of business requirements - solution design and development to implementation in our test environments
- As a person, you are proactive and visionary in your approach to work, and with your great knowledge and attitude, you are always prepared to solve many tasks during a busy and varied workday
You have preferably knowledge/skills within:
- Citrix certifications CCA-N, CCP-N or CCE-N
- Application Load Balancing – NetScaler Citrix
- SSL/TLS and secure certificates
- Network principals (minimum CCNA or equivalent). IP Subnets, NAT, routing and VLANs
- Fundamentals of firewalls and multi-layer DMZ environments
- Global Server Load Balancing, DNS and Zone Delegation
- TCP and UDP flow troubleshooting
- HTTP traffic analysis
