Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Customer Project Manager for High Pressure Pumps (HPP) to lead and manage a cross-functional team of various nationalities. Together with your team, you will support the delivery of special customer requirement projects to big reverse osmosis plants and Oil and Gas customers and be involved in internal strategic projects and products variants.
 
In this position, you will play an important role in solving daily tasks to deliver on projects and to help achieve the future development of HPP via continuous improvement. During the last years, HPP has experienced rapid sales growth due to the unique value propositions offered by our products and we expect further increase.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must work persistent and structured to execute and reach deadlines and you have the ability to overcome various roadblocks in a fast-moving and changing environment. Preferably, you have an engineering degree or similar technical background and have a proven track record as project engineer, technical project manager or customer project manager within process industries. Moreover, you master all the basic project management tools, preferably, CAPM, PMP or Prince2.
 
Key responsibilities for this position are: 

• Clarify the scope of the project including technical solution and technical documentation.
• Monitor and report progress and performance against the project plan.
• Lead kick-off and take action to resolve operational problems.
• Prepare the documentation package of the project (aka Manufacturing Record Book).
• Lead and manage Strategic Projects, and New Product Variants Projects according to Danfoss processes.
