Join us at the heart of finance

As finance manager, you will join our Market Finance Western Europe division and support the Senior Finance Director and the business units in making vital financial decisions whilst also handling the ad hoc projects and processes that arise on a continuous basis.

Working from your desk in Billund and travelling up to 10 days per year to collaborate with international business units, you will drive different financial projects using agile work methods. With a continuous focus on Economic Value Added (EVA) and financial transparency, you will also:

• Drive consolidation and monthly estimation processes and present relevant data to the Senior Finance Director and business units

• Evaluate financial implications of future decision-making and collaborate with your team to ensure that the decision-making results in maximum business value

• Secure the framework and necessary tools for implementation of the financial planning processes

• Execute tactical implementation of the finance business plans and financial collaboration structures

• Plan and drive projects aimed at embedding financial stewardship into the organisation

A position that can take you anywhere

Although you will be the only finance manager working for the Western European region, you will be in close contact with fellow finance managers dedicated to other regions, including APAC and AMER. You will therefore have the opportunity to draw on expert knowledge, to network and, when you are ready for it, to try your hand in other finance roles in other regions. You decide where your career will take you – the sky is the limit.

Great financial planning and stakeholder management skills

With confidence in your skills and knowledge, you dare communicate your ideas and work with colleagues to influence processes, so they may bring most value to the business. You also have the ability to analyse and communicate the financial impact of decision-making and function as an advisor to both senior management and business units.

You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience working with financial planning and analysis or an equivalent area, e.g. as a financial/business analyst, controller, finance manager or the like

• Preferably, a master’s degree in finance or equivalent

• Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Business Objects, Business Warehouse, Power BI or similar

• Fluency in English and Excel
