Do you want to work with category management of indirect materials with special focus on consumables used in the production process incl. Personal protective equipment (PPE)? Work with global category management Our global sourcing team in Denmark is looking for a Global Category Manager for indirect materials. You will be responsible for the global category strategy, global supplier selection and negotiation. You will perform spend analyses in order to identify new sourcing and cost optimization opportunities. You will work in a highly skilled team of global sourcing professionals in an informal and international environment. You will be based in our headquarters in Kolding. Technical background with sourcing experience Our new category manager probably has A technical background Min 5 years’ experience in sourcing, primarily within category management Experience working in an international environment or production environment Skills within project management, indirect material costing, budget management and negotiation. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal. Finally we expect that you are able to work cross functionally, you can deploy sourcing methodology and you have a well-developed toolbox within category management. Travel activities to global suppliers and to our plants in either China, India, US, Canada, Brazil, Spain or Poland are expected, approx. 30-40 days.
