Will you be passionated about driving the implementation and delivery of our coming HCM cloud solution?
Bring your extensive experience within project management and implementation of HCM in to play and help craft the way we develop key design principles aligned with stakeholders across HR, IT and vendors.
Core Responsibilities
• Working alongside the VP/Project Sponsor to plan and develop the implementation approach using the appropriate project management methodology and to agree key design principles
• Providing full operational management of the implementation whilst escalating issues/concerns as appropriate
• Driving the implementation forward with grace and determination
• Working with third party providers (e.g. HCM vendors) to deliver as required

The People Analytics & Insights function has two main areas of focus: (1) leverage employee data to provide operational reporting and strategic insights to business leaders and (2) lead the modernization of the HR ecosystem by moving our technology into the cloud.
An exciting and newly-created opportunity has arisen within the People Analytics and Insights function for an experienced and technically savvy Global HR Programme Manager / Delivery Director (reporting to the VP of Insights) to manage and drive the implementation and delivery of the new (yet to be selected) HCM cloud solution.
Do you have what it takes?
• Extensive experience leading HCM / Talent Management implementations (at least 3 full life-cycle projects)
• Extensive project/programme management experience using a variety of methods, techniques and tools
• Strong experience managing 3rd party providers (such as vendors and consulting groups) to deliver service into an organisation at required standard
• Strong experience inspiring and managing teams to deliver in complex corporate landscapes
• Have experience of advising and influencing senior leadership
• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing skills:
o Display a proven ability to build, develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels;
o Have an ability to manage relationships with personal and professional humility and credibility;
o Have an ability to adapt your style to engage different audiences
o Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
• Be commercially and strategically astute
