Job Description

Danfoss is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring customer immediate and future needs are understood. CRM plays an essential role in enabling Danfoss to engage customers and understand their needs, but also ensure our organization is working more efficiently to meet our customers’ needs.

You will report to the Head of Customer Experience – part of Danfoss Business Systems. You will understand, define, deliver and deploy continuous improvements with CRM globally, to ensure processes develop and are aligned to our customer journeys and improve operational effectiveness.

The candidate will preferably have a track record in designing and delivering CRM solutions in one or more process areas including: Marketing, Sales or Service. The candidate should have a mixture of strong leadership skills and consulting expertise. It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate through experience, the ability to define, design, deliver, manage and lead a forward thinking global organization to deliver best in class CRM solutions supporting the customer experience.
  
Responsibilities are to: 

• Lead and manage a global team of experienced CRM consultants and project managers
• Ensure that CRM projects are planned and executed according to the agreed roadmap and budget
• Scope, plan and estimate costs for CRM projects during annual planning cycles
• Reduce internal complexity by ensuring consistency in our processes and data
• Provide support for the entire CRM user community in Danfoss
• Coordinate initiatives between all customer related projects (e.g. Digital Core Engine and OneERP)
• Ensure that our CRM processes and CRM platform is continuously improved according to a well-defined prioritization process and release structure
• Represent CRM in the eXperience program’s Design Authority
• Ensure that we proactively investigate new features and propose solutions to increase efficiency for our CRM users and Danfoss customers
• Advocate the One Danfoss approach towards our customers
• Ensure processes are consistent (where appropriate) and documentation, implementation, training and KPI tracking ensure traceability and consistency across the organization

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, Management or equivalent
• Extensive experience in leading people in a global company, mastering virtual management
• Minimum 5-10 years working with CRM with an organization (also in a leading role) in global environment (either B2C or B2B)
• Deep experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Marketing, Sales and Service
• Understanding of the role play in transforming customer experience
• Ideally you have worked with or you have implemented Salesforce.com
