You refer to Senior Director of HR Operations, Jesper Gabriel. ”You will join an organisation with close collaborational ties across functions and departments, and in this role you will work particularly with business partners and unit management in several units. In addition, you will be supported by our Global Centre of Expertise within “Projects and Insights”, “Organisational Development” and “Rewards & Performance“, and the HR service organisation,” Jesper Gabriel explains. As HR business partner you lead the HR agenda within the performance unit, linking HR initiatives to business needs as well as acting as a point of contact for management on all HR matters. Positioning motivation and engagement issues high on the agenda, you develop the business through a people perspective and a focus on securing high-performing teams. Employee motivation and satisfaction is vital, as is the successful deployment of global activities. Your key tasks include liaising between the performance unit and HR as well as leading initiatives on change management, organisational development and design. Doing so, you ensure that these fit the applicable Grundfos design principles, business objectives and the Grundfos 2020 strategy. Moreover, you help to resolve any political or interpersonal issues that hamper the execution of the business strategies. Another central aspect of your job involves facilitating and managing key HR processes including performance reviews, action plans and talent development. “You work as a natural and integrated part of everyday management, staying informed and actively involved in the daily business of the unit – and taking the necessary ownership for projects and activities related to the continuous development of the organisation,” Jesper Gabriel says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a relevant bachelor’s degree combined with international HR experience from working either abroad or in an international organisation. With your broad HR experience and strong business understanding, you recognise the balance between a value-driven company and performance management.
