Are you having a passion for HSE in Sales? Then we are looking for you. At Offshore Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department we are seeking for an experienced, innovative, self-driven specialist for HSE Tender Manager role.

What are my responsibilities?

As an HSE Tender Manager, you would be promoting our mission to external and internal stakeholders of world class HSE and foster a culture where HSE is an integrated part of our designs, sales and project execution.
This position requires approximately 50 traveling days per year.

Your responsibilities and duties will also include:

Initiate project specific HSE documentation and prepare responses to client pre-qualification, tenders and HSE related technical queries within the Sales phase.
Alignment and coordination of different stakeholders to ensure that effective HSE processes are defined, mutually agreed and implemented within the contract
Facilitate and coordinate HSE internal and external audits and / or assessments to support the clients HSE pre-qualification process
Development and delivery of company presentations towards stakeholders, including the provision of HSE presentations within the due diligence workshops. Provide a mechanism for sharing with clients our operational best practice and continuous improvement in HSE
Participate in internal and external Sales project workshops as required (e.g. Lessons Learned, Sales Excellence, Project hand over meetings)
Ensure a legal requirements verification is performed for countries/ states/ regions of proposed Sales bids; identify any additional local HSE requirements and advise Sales team of any implications (i.e. cost, time, resources)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Experience with operational HSE and knowledge of domestic and international HSE legislation and industry standards / guidelines
Technical understanding of wind turbines, and scope of works relating to Offshore
Understanding of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 frameworks
Understanding / appreciation of commercial aspects impacting on Projects
Knowledge of contract management and contractual frameworks
Understanding of issues affecting the industry within the local region (e.g. planning, consenting, Levelized cost of Energy, Subsidies)
IT literacy is essential with familiarity in using software such as Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and document storage system such as SharePoint.
