About the department Strategic Sourcing is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, and we are responsible for the strategic sourcing activities related to Novo Nordisk’s worldwide pharmaceutical production. We organize our activities in sourcing categories through a strong cross-organizational category group set-up. The department Negotiation and Contract Management is a one year old department in Strategic Sourcing. We develop tools and processes for negotiations and contract management, as well as drive or support negotiations across the unit. The job As an intern you will be part of preparing negotiations such as gathering and preparing data /conducting analysis, review/drafting of documents etc. You will also take on administrative tasks and in general contribute to optimizing and developing our routines and processes. We are passionate about all aspects of negotiations and offer you a great learning opportunity. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is curious about gaining further insight into negotiations, contract management and Strategic Sourcing. You are currently studying a master’s degree in commercial law, law or other relevant fields. General knowledge of contract law, negotiations and procurement is an advantage. We expect candidates to be analytically skilled, be service minded, excellent at managing data and working in excel and fluent in both oral and written English. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 1.
