Drive projects and make a difference

Due to increased activities and growth, LEO Pharma is looking for 4 IT Project Managers, with different levels of experience, who will have the opportunity to impact how strategic IT projects are planned, executed and implemented across the global organisation.

Global, cross-organisational projects close to the business 

As Project Manager, you will be part of the Project & Portfolio Management Department, in Global IT at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup. With an agile mindset, you will plan and drive important projects from A-Z, which means that you will be included in the entire process from analysis to implementation.

Communication and stakeholder management skills 

In this role, it is important that you have the ability to both challenge organisational decisions as well as adapt to the changing business and market needs. Furthermore, you should be able to create valuable relationships with a wide number of stakeholders and have a proactive approach to the tasks at hand.

Your tasks include:

• Driving project execution aimed at delivering on time, according to quality and budget – with a keen eye for realising potential benefits.
• Prepare, control and follow up on your project budget and timeline.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute in efforts to develop the way projects are done in the future.

As LEO Pharma is looking for several new colleagues, we are open to different levels of experience. However, depending on your seniority, we expect your background to be something like this:

• A degree within e.g. project management, business administration, engineering or business IT.
• 2-10 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• An excellent and well-assorted project management toolbox.
• Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience from a regulated industry is an advantage.
