Learning Data Analyst

About the position

Siemens Gamesa is looking for a committed Learning Data Analyst for our CoE Learning, Global set-up, where you will have the opportunity to be a valuable member of Wind University’s operational team, creating and managing qualifications, Qualification profiles and course data in our LQMS (Learning & Qualification Management System).
You will be responsible for creating, gathering, tracking, analyzing and presenting data sets for strategic planning purposes.

 

About the role

As a learning data analyst you will analyze and drive the development of the data architecture of Qualification Management Product, ensure high data quality and manage quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and maintain LQMS system and Power BI/ Tableau which facilitate our reporting

 

You will be responsible for creation of master data in LQMS; Course, Qualification and Profile data as well as collection data, preparing data for monthly and annual reports and assess progress towards objectives

An important part of your job will be to share the Learning monitoring and evaluation of learning with the team and its stakeholders

 

About you

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in program evaluation, statistics, data science or similar and understands the relationships existing between numbers. You know how to measure and analyze data and are able to work with graphical information

You preferably have working experience from a global team with different physical locations and you are organized and can actively communicate planned timelines, status and results

 

You can be proactive and able to stay motivated when working on your own, but you can also be a team player that will support and strengthen team performance and reporting.

 

Your English should be of a high standard, both spoken and written.

 

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
