Manager in Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Denmark - Bagsvaerd Are you striving for excellence in the things you do and are you convinced that having the right sales skills, processes and tools in Novozymes will have high impact on the customer experience as well as the business results; you could be our new colleague in Commercial Excellence. The new Commercial Excellence Manager will play a key role in developing and anchoring global sales excellence initiatives e.g. within strategic and key account management as well as opportunity management across the global commercial frontline. The key to success in this role is to be able to understand the needs of the sales teams and sales executives and to execute on the implementation of the initiatives by positively engaging with the organization on most organizational levels across Novozymes. As Commercial Excellence Manager you will be part of Sales Excellence team based in Bagsværd, Denmark. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence. Approximately 20 travel days are expected annually. In this position you need to have: A MSc within Business Administration, Economics or similar. 5-7 years of working experience within marketing, business development, sales, consulting or sales excellence. Strong business acumen, including an ability to understand and solve commercial problems and translate these into concrete actions and approaches.
