Nets are looking for sales-talents to their Nordic Retention Team

Do you have experience from sales? And do you want to develop your talent in a business that encompasses all aspects of the digital payment value chain? Then you have the opportunity now.

Nets is looking for skilled sales and customer representatives to their Nordic Retention department, where they primarily handle all customers who call to terminate their agreements with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements and Dankort.

The customers you will be working with are based in Norway, Finland and Sweden. You must therefore speak one of these three languages.

Your primary tasks will consist of:
•    Answering calls from customers who wishes to terminate their agreement with NETS/TELLER and retaining the customers.
•    Expanding the existing accounts.
•    Contacting existing customers.
•    Building customer relations.

We are looking for someone who:
•    Has a sales profile and thrives in working with sales goals
•    Has strong communication skills in english and speaks and writes one or more of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian).
•    Are known as a great listener and are great at building customer relations in purpose of the retention.
•    Are able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
