Can you support cross-organisational collaboration and optimisation?

As Portfolio Coordinator you will help build up the newly started Established Portfolio organisation in Global Development and support the team managing LEO Pharma’s established products globally – and by that contribute to our ambitious goal of becoming the world’s preferred dermatology care partner.

 Communication, administration and project support

Your focus is to support the Established Portfolio Management and the LCM Portfolio Directors and their teams cross-functionally. You will be an enabler for structure, efficiency and collaboration related to execution of the projects and activities in the teams managing our marketed product portfolio. You will be working across communication activities, general administration, facilitation of meetings, reporting and… Your primary tasks are to:

• Build and maintain a new team site for the team
• Help prepare presentations, minutes etc. for internal communications 
• Plan, support and facilitate meetings and workshops – invitations, agenda, action points, taking minutes etc.
• Collect and follow up on progress reporting from teams and ensure timely status reporting 
• Help keeping status of the department costs and budgets 
• Administrate and support with contracts, invoices and payments

 Team player with coordination skills

You have a degree in Natural Sciences, Business Administration or similar and an additional interest in business. If you have experience from a project organisation it will be beneficial (could be from a student job). You must be IT savvy and good at learning new tools and systems. Additionally, you will need overview and the ability to handle many parallel tasks and assignments and still keep track of deadlines and details.

As you will support of the team meetings and our communications activities, you will need good communication skills and a solid command of English. As supporter you must thrive on helping other people and bring the same love to administrative routine tasks as you bring to more complex assignments. As part of this, you do not wait for others to get back to you – you are the proactive team player that makes things happen.

 

Your new team

You will join a newly established team of four very experienced, skilled and dedicated Pharma Professionals in the Research and Development part of LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. Our focus is to manage the Established Portfolio across LEO in order to ensure best-in-class performance scientifically and commercially.
