The Danish Hydrocarbon Research and Technology Centre is looking for a project coordinator to facilitate and support the administration of projects and ensure and facilitate the procurement processes.

Key role to support projects in DHRTC


You will be an important member of the administrative team and will refer directly to Head of Administration - but collaborate close with the centre's researchers, centre's partners, programme managers, project coordinators as well as DTU's central legal and procurement functions.

Your primary tasks will include coordination of administrative requirements for projects in DHRTC based on the existing operating model in collaboration with the central DTU legal and DTU procurement functions as well as support to the programme managers in DHRTC. You will also be involved in ensuring overall compliance of the centre related to our contract administration as well as DTU overall guidelines and processes.

• Facilitate preparation of contract material between the centre and partners in collaboration with DTU's central legal department
• Facilitate preparation of tender material as well as associated agreements in collaboration with DTU's central procurement team
• Working within DTU's journaling file system (DTU DOCX), ensuring all documents of the centre are archived in accordance with DTUs guidelines
• Administrative tasks related to projects, such as providing necessary legal documentation in collaboration with DTU's central legal department and ensuring proper administrative close-out processes for projects
• Assistance with GDPR compliance
• Ad hoc tasks related to projects and activities in the centre

Qualifications


You have a relevant education and preferably practical experience with coordination of contracts and/or tenders and you are confident working with different administrative IT systems. Experience from a university or similar is an advantage.

Combined with your overview and sense of urgency, your good planning skills enable you to prioritize your tasks and structure your work. You take pride in delivering the best service and handling routine tasks and larger assignments with the same professionalism and a keen eye for details. You have strong communication skills and are able to engage multiple stakeholders. Moreover, you have a positive mindset and a 'can-do' attitude. Finally, you are proficient in both written and oral Danish and English.

Salary and terms of employment

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). The allowance will be agreed with the relevant union.
