Falcon.io is seeking an organized and energetic Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. You will work alongside the Director of Commercial Operations to organize and coordinate a range of strategic and improvement projects. 

You will be joining the Commercial Operations team (CommOps) which is a cross departmental unit with experts working on strategy, commercial tooling, BI, Sales, CX, and Marketing operations. Even though we’ve probably surpassed the point of being able to still call Falcon.io a startup, we’ve retained our startup ethos of encouraging autonomy, ambition, boldness and experimentation. Working in this kind of environment is a very rewarding choice, but it also requires a certain personality. We value open people who take initiative and aren’t afraid to fail, learn from mistakes, adjust, and try new things.

We will undertake ongoing interviews and are aiming to fill this position sooner than later.

What you'll do:

• Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep project related work on track
• Work to improve the project process and tools
• Organize and plan meetings with the project leads
• Arrange and manage team goals/scrum backlogs/new information and keep all material up-to-date
• Communicate prioritisation changes and new information to teams
• Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
• Administer the relevant spaces on Confluence, Trello and Jira
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and other communications
• Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements

What you have:

• English to a native fluency level but other languages are a plus
• Relevant degree and/or professional qualification within business or technology and ideally a strong administrative/project coordination background
• An eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistent, correct information across multiple systems
• A team player mindset and the motivation to become a valuable contributor
• A proactive, energetic nature and the ability to work with people from across the organization, from Executive level and throughout the company
• Flexibility with the ability to multitask across a number of ongoing projects
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• An eye for numbers
• Experience working with projects, ideally scrum/agile
• Understanding of project management methodologies
