Can you take lead on our highly business critical Order to Cash project?

If you excel within complex cross-organisational project management and you are looking for an opportunity to make an impact far beyond the average, this job is everything you want. The Order to Cash project as one of the most prominent corner stones in our new Global Suply Chain organisation, meaning you will work with full attention and back up from top management.

 Ensure development and deployment of our future Order to Cash set up

Your focus is to lead the design, development and deployment of a brand new, global Order to Cash set up. The scope of the project is 2,5-3 years involving a number of sub projects and several cross-functional project participants. Your personal efforts will help LEO Pharma to make a historical leap forward generating maximum value across financial management, customer service and employee satisfaction. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Manage the deployment of the Global Order to Cash solution globally
• Develop and manage complex project plans involving multiple stakeholders
• Ensure definition and documentation of the To-Be Design
• Manage budgets
• Define and establish project and reference teams – with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure ongoing reporting on progress
• Ensure efficient hand-over of new processes, systems and organization to LoB owners and key stakeholders

To succeed, you must build and maintain overview of a highly complex project landscape in order to ensure knowledge of As-Is processes, parameters, systems, and governance as well as interdependencies, pain-points, and stakeholders. Are you the right person, you know exactly that without solid stakeholder management and positive collaboration with the other Project Managers across the program, you cannot come through. As part of this you can look forward to travelling 30-40 days per year, primarily in Europe.

 

Solid experience from managing major cross organisational projects

You must bring 10+ years experience from managing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies and dependencies on external parties. This has provided you with a fully loaded toolbox of how to build, manage and motivate projects teams counting people with different professional and cultural backgrounds – “one size fits all” does not exist, you must be able to tailor your communication to your audience.

As genuine project management professional you have excellent overview and a very structured way of working. As part of this you can keep the global perspective while making the numerous nots and bolts come together. Being part of an organisation in transformation also calls for you ability to thrive in an environment where the only constant is change.

LEO Pharma’s reorganised Global Supply Chain organisation counts approx. 160 employees across production sites in Denmark, Ireland and France. A new site in Italy will be added in the network in 2019. The organisation is established to ensure best in class product availability for patients around the globe.
