Then we have a great opportunity for you in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) development area for purification of the API. About the department Purification Pilot Plants is a VP area with approximately 160 employees and is part of the CMC API evelopment organisation. We are a development unit focusing on pilot scale production and are the link between the development departments and the production units in Product Supply. We are responsible for producing the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for test, tox and clinical studies within both diabetes and biopharm products. The position Together with the leadership team you will set the direction for implementation of LEAN behaviour in the department in co-operation with the LEAN network lead by the process excellence manager. You will coach the leadership team at their LEAN behaviour in every aspect and you will facilitate whatever we agree upon needed to help drive the LEAN way of thinking within the entire department. Whether than means showing the way yourself or setup workshops for the employees and always with an attitude that exudes your service minded behaviour. You will report to head of the department. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree. You have a theoretical LEAN foundation and not least you have practical experience in how to motivate, coach and inspire the entire department and not least the leadership team.
