LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. To support the Global Quality & Continuous Improvement Leadership Team (GQ&CI LT) in LEO Pharma, we are now looking for a Senior Management Assistant who can join the leadership team of 5 directors, one Personal Assistant (PA) and the VP of Global Quality & Continuous Improvement.

The Senior Management Assistant will report directly to the VP of Global Quality & Continuous Improvement. Location will be Ballerup, Denmark – but some travel activities must be expected.

LEO Pharma is going through a very interesting process to achieve the long term aspiration about “helping patients to achieve healthy skin”. Over the past years, LEO has entered many new partnerships and has acquired new product port folios. These initiatives are very exciting to LEO, and our employees are every day doing their utmost to make life better for patients.

All the new activities and exciting opportunities that LEO is embarking on has increased our focus on change management, strong communication and organizational alignment which is why this new Senior Management Assistant position has been created.

The job

The new Senior Management Assistant will be part of the Leadership Team and take on responsibility for creating strategic communication material, managing activities and KPIs, preparing and facilitating meetings, summits and leadership seminars. Help managing organizational changes and doing data analysis. The Senior Management Assistant will also work closely together with PA to the VP, who handles most of the practical and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and service minded person with strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate has the following profile:

• Excellent at creating slides, doing data extracts, coordinating and organizing activities
• Strong communication – and collaboration skills
• Dynamic, flexible and a strong sense of urgency
• Experience with – or understanding of - leadership challenges
• Change management experience
• Broad business understanding

Your qualifications

You must have a university degree – either as pharmacist, engineer, commercial or similar, and have some years of experience from a relevant job and industry.
