Sr. Business Process Expert

Core Responsibilities
Manage and govern our financial processes and systems through deployment of specialist knowledge with E2E perspective. In this role you will facilitate business requirements delivery in collaboration with IT and participate in projects requiring business process and SAP system knowledge.
• In close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales Business Units and Finance Business Partners you will facilitate definition of business requirements and root cause analysis
• Drive delivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Perform process standardization, improvement, documentation and maintenance
• Provide training for super users in systems, processes and governance
• Define, test and implement new system functionalities
• Drive projects and activities, requiring business process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
• Perform stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, IT & other key internal and external stakeholders

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance and controlling processes, process documentation and standardization, training and project portfolio management. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 54 dedicated colleagues.
Main purpose is to implement, manage and govern our LEGO Supply Chain business as well as our Shared Service Centers, with a process and system focus, through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective. In this role, you will need to facilitate business requirements delivery process and participate in projects requiring process and system subject matter expertise knowledge, train and support process users.

In this role, you will also need to be a team-player to work with users across cultures, help them succeed and ensure they use our processes and systems in the most efficient way. Furthermore, you:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree – or, preferably, a master’s degree – within finance, business administration, business management, value chain management or the like
• Have solid SAP insight: 5+ years experience with the FI & CO modules and 3+ years experience with the MM modules
• Have deep understanding of a supply chain organization and the processes they operate from a finance perspective
• Have experience working with process standardisation, change management, performing training and have participated in global projects
