With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 4 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 60 members of staff in 4 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Supervisor to join our upcoming Axel Arigato concept store in Copenhagen. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Opening and closing of the store when necessary 
• Follow strictly the company’s Retail Manuals
• Maintain an impeccable stock room that reflects that of the shop floor.
• Work closely with the management team with day to day duties.
• To uphold clear and concise communication with all departments, colleagues and staff.
• Put customers at ease when dealing with complaints and be seen to go the extra mile.
• To understand and pay attention to what is going on outside of your business (competitors) in order to stay on top.
• To know your city and the social movements within It. To use this information as a tool during the customer service ceremony. 

Team Management:

• Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have a friendly environment whilst remaining professional.
• Lead the team to reach store and individual goals, encourage fun and competitive behaviour.
• Display strong leadership skills by leading by example.
• To take responsibility for own actions whilst showcasing a positive attitude.
• Work closely with the management team to keep training fresh and relevant to the company’s values.
• Encourage transparency and open communication.
• Assist in maintaining current sales performance practices, target wipe boards, stock in and out cycle, Inbound/outbound log, KPI log, customer requests, and back of house organisation.
• To participate in customer store events if deemed necessary.
• Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.

Stock, Inventory & Loss Prevention Management:

• Assist the Managers in store shrinkage by analysing dead stock on a two-week cycle in order to maintain shelf space for future drops of the week.
• Ensure goods are received and placed on the floor quickly and accurately.

Store Image Management:

• To be prepared for the drop of the week products, positioned in its allocated space.
• Rotate the shop floor on a week/two-week basis.
• Working VM to uphold our standards at all times

Store Maintenance Management:

• Pay attention to fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies: Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation and maintenance of store property.
• Communicate needs for new fixtures, floor/carpet cleaning as needed to head office. To follow up, if necessary, in order for the store's appearance not to suffer. 

Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail is a must, preferably with contemporary/luxury retail brands.

- Great excel and microsoft software programs 
- Passion for retail and excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand. 
- Self-motivated and has the ability to work productively and take initiative.
- Great communication skills with a social and outgoing personality.
- Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.
- Be open to new things and receptive to constant development.
- Willing to work flexible hours. 

 

Salary: According to the agreement
