Do you want to combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience and solve challenging tasks in an inspiring environment in our HR department, People & Development (P&D)?

Join us and become Student Assistant in the Process & Support part of P&D Offshore, Onshore and Shared Functions where you’ll be part of a team of five and where you’ll handle tasks on your own as well as with your colleagues.

Process & Support is part of P&D Offshore, Onshore and Shared Functions where we support our P&D colleagues with the annual P&D processes as well as onboarding of Offshore employees and several administrative tasks. We are part of a bigger team of experienced and highly professional HRBPs and consultants.

Your key tasks will be to

• assist with process and support in P&D regarding the annual HR processes and other administrative tasks
• set up meetings and team events
• handle ad hoc tasks.

Your competences include that you

• are currently studying a relevant higher education on bachelor or master level, preferably in Psychology, Business, Strategy, Law or HRM
• have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
• have a positive mindset and contribute with a good sense of humour and energy
• are able to handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment
• speak and write English fluently.
