Then join us and become a member of the One ERP team in the Warehouse area. One ERP is one of the boldest and most ambitious projects that Danfoss has ever launched. Our mission is to roll-in 150 legal entities to the newest SAP HANA platform that has been customized to meet the Danfoss global business need.

As a One EPR Program member, you get the opportunity to work in a high-profile Danfoss program. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Consultant
You will be working as part of a core team of business process experts to develop the future ERP solution for Warehousing in Danfoss A/S. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Be the link between key stakeholders at a site and IT support.
• Manage the scoping of requirements and business processes from a Warehouse perspective and conduct structured follow up with local business partners.
• Work with IT to evaluate if SAP standard can fulfill requirements and support on design, test, and implementation if change is needed.
• Create standard documents to support change (Training Material, SOP’s, Test scripts, etc.).
• Perform end-user training and support during go-live.

Your location is variable but travelling is required in order to meet with team members, and it may be required to meet with site locations during the roll-in period of One ERP.

The ideal profile
For this position, we are looking for someone that possess a broad business knowledge and understand how the warehousing functional area contributes to the overall success of Danfoss A/S. Furthermore, you should have a core knowledge about warehouse SAP modules (IM and WM) with working knowledge of other functional areas as Sales and Distribution, Production or Purchasing.
A successful candidate could also possess:

• Experience within Change Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Project management skills (running small projects, running different tasks at the same time) and the ability to lead projects in a matrix environment.
• The ability to work cross functionally and across cultures in a matrix team organization to find solutions (to issues identified during analysis and design phase) in order to succeed in this global project.

On a more personal note, we are looking for a candidate that is self-driven with the ability to work to meet hard deadlines for the project. This mean that you are outgoing and team-oriented, question how the systems work and not be afraid to take decisions. You must also possess a customer service mindset.
